Thanh Hoa and Nghe An in the Northern region will have cold temperatures, and some places in the Northern mountainous region will have very low temperatures. Due to heavy rain, there is a risk of flash floods and landslides in the mountainous areas.

Ho Chi Minh City: According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the weather in the Ho Chi Minh City area will be cloudy and sunny. There will be showers and thunderstorms in some places in the afternoon, but no rain at night. The temperature will fluctuate between 32 – 33 degrees, which is slightly lower than the previous day.
