The first bus station in Hanoi has implemented mandatory medical declarations. All buses entering the station are equipped with medical declaration forms for passengers. In addition, passengers are required to download e-medical declarations on their smartphones.
If a passenger displays symptoms such as coughing and a high temperature, they will be immediately taken to a quarantine room. Prior to departure, all passengers must complete the medical declaration form. For passengers returning from overseas, a medical certification is also required.
The medical declaration process is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. To raise awareness among passengers, bus stations also broadcast programs on preventive measures to combat the epidemic.
