Vietnam showcased its culinary delights at the annual International Gastronomy Village event in Paris. The country introduced a range of dishes such as Nem, beef noodles, and Banh Mi to international guests, highlighting the delicate combination of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors in Vietnamese cuisine.
The event also featured lotus dances, Non La dances, and Ao Dai fashion shows, offering visitors a vibrant and immersive experience of Vietnamese culture. These performances not only entertained the guests but also provided them with a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s cultural values.
This is the second time Vietnam has participated in the prestigious event, which takes place at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and attracts thousands of visitors. The International Gastronomy Village showcases popular cuisines and cultures from various countries and French regions. This year’s festival includes 40 demonstrations, 60 drinks masterclasses, and an exciting lineup of events.
