NDO - The People's Committee of Bac Ha district (Lao Cai) opened the Bac Ha Winter Festival with the theme "Dance on the white plateau", at Hoang A Tuong palace, a 100-year-old architectural monument, on December 11. The festival aims to stimulate demand and to restore tourism in the locality with regards to safe adaptation of the COVID-19 epidemic.
