The event is set to take place as part of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary since the establishment of diplomatic relations between both nations back in 1973.

Specifically, singer Dorothée Hannequin, nicknamed The Rodeo, is scheduled to perform on June 16 at the Institute of Cultural Exchange with France (IDECAF) in Ho Chi Minh City. She will then put on a show on June 18 at Hoa Binh Theater in Da Lat city, followed by a performance on June 22 at Trung Vuong Theater in Da Nang city. Her tour will conclude on June 23 at the Hue Academy of Music in Hue.

Most notably, her night performance at Polygon Musik – Complex 01 in the capital will see the participation of Vietnamese music groups, including Mac and The Odd Stones.

During her Vietnam tour, she expressed her love for Asia and her desire to immerse herself in local life while seeking inspiration in music. The Rodeo will also introduce her new album named “Arlequine” during her concerts in the country.
