The festival will feature a cooking competition showcasing innovative dishes made from wax coconuts, as well as sporting events to engage the community. Additionally, the Tra Vinh administration will organize the Vu Lan Thang Hoi festival, a traditional folk celebration of the local Chinese community.

A vibrant trade fair with 120 booths will display an assortment of handicrafts and goods. The culinary offerings will be a highlight, with traditional dishes from various ethnic groups, art performances, and folk games adding to the festive atmosphere.

Wax coconut is a beloved delicacy in Vietnam, often blended into smoothies or combined with condensed milk, shaved ice, and peanuts for a sweet treat.
