Kicking things off, we have China’s Victory Giant Technology, a powerhouse in the realm of high-precision printed circuit boards (PCBs), HDI, FPC, and Rigid-Flex circuit boards. Their expertise lies in research, development, production, and sales, and their products are integral to artificial intelligence, large-scale data centers, industrial internet, green energy autos, next-gen communication, aerospace, and medical equipment. A true jack-of-all-trades in the tech space.

Now, for some numbers: their factory boasts a total investment of 520 million USD and is designed to pump out 4 million square meters of PCBs every year. That’s a lot of circuit boards! This translates to an estimated production value of 900 million USD, giving Vietnam’s high-precision PCB industry a serious boost.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Vuong Quoc Tuan, sang the province’s praises, highlighting its attractive investment environment. He urged Victory Giant Technology to swiftly navigate the construction and production journey, all while adhering to legal regulations and taking care of their employees. A true partnership, if you will.

Tuan doubled down on Bac Ninh’s commitment to supporting businesses, emphasizing their partnership-driven approach. They’re so committed to this partnership that they’ve requested government approval for worker dormitories, showing their dedication to the cause.

Now, let’s shift our focus to Green Precision, a China-based high-tech enterprise that’s all about precision components for electronic consumer goods. Think speakers, mobile phones, tablets, and even electronic payment devices. They’re like the Swiss Army Knife of precision tech.

Their factory in Bac Ninh is a 121-million-USD investment and is expected to kick into gear in Q2 2026. With an estimated annual production capacity of 62 million products and a projected production value of 413 million USD, they’re set to make a serious impact.

Tuan couldn’t contain his excitement about this project, highlighting its potential to generate substantial production value and contribute positively to the province’s economic growth. And he’s not wrong—Bac Ninh has attracted approximately 1.45 billion USD in foreign direct investment (FDI) this year alone. They’ve granted investment registration certificates to over 2,400 valid FDI projects, totaling a registered capital of 31.3 billion USD. That’s enough to make them the 7th most attractive investment destination in the country.
