Spanning 250 meters across a vast 4,000-square-meter area, the impressive Tet Flower Street in Tuy Hoa city is a vibrant celebration of flora and innovation. Showcasing an astonishing 70,000 flower baskets from 100 unique species, the street is a breathtaking sight to behold.

The exhibition features six grand displays, numerous smaller setups, and two captivating entrance installations. But it’s not just the flowers that dazzle; the street is illuminated with a stunning 20,000 meters of LED lights and over 400 spotlights, creating an enchanting ambiance after dark.

One of the highlights of the flower street is the grand entrance on Dien Bien Phu Street, where a majestic golden cobra, standing tall at 10.8 meters, guards precious gemstones. This cobra, adorned with countless LED lights, symbolizes Phu Yen’s natural treasures and is a mesmerizing sight for visitors.

Surrounding the cobra are replicas of the iconic Nghinh Phong Tower, further enhancing the street’s appeal and paying homage to Tuy Hoa’s rich cultural heritage.

The other entrance on Hung Vuong Street celebrates Tuy Hoa’s 20th anniversary with an elegant display of two intertwined snake mascots. These mascots, each measuring 12.3 meters tall, gracefully form the numbers 2005 and 2025, symbolizing the city’s journey and growth over the years.

At the heart of the flower street is a captivating snake mascot cradling an Internet globe, surrounded by AI-inspired installations. This unique combination of nature and technology showcases the innovation and creativity behind the exhibition.

Adding to the allure of the street are the various attractions, including a snake cave display with patterns inspired by traditional Vietnamese brocade and snake scales. The attention to detail and cultural integration make this flower street truly special.

Nguyen Cong Thanh, vice-chairman of the Tuy Hoa People’s Committee, shared that the VND3.9-billion (US$159,000) project was a collaborative effort funded by both the city and community contributions. This unity and support resulted in the stunning display that has captivated locals and visitors alike.

The sheer scale and beauty of the flower street have left a lasting impression on residents and visitors, with Do Kieu Oanh, a local, describing it as “incredibly vibrant.” The golden cobra, in particular, has become an iconic symbol of the exhibition, providing the perfect backdrop for festive photos.
