The cold weather has been forecasted to hit northern localities from today, November 23.
Between today and tomorrow, the weather in many northern localities would have light rain with lower temperatures.
From Tuesday evening, the east of the north and the northern central region would see temperatures of between 17-20 degrees centigrade. Some mountainous areas would witness lower temperatures of below 16 degrees centigrade.
Meanwhile, Hanoi would have temperatures of between 18-24 degrees centigrade.
