NDO – The northern port city of Hai Phong will host its annual Red Flamboyant Flower Festival 2021 from May 11 to 13, as heard a press conference on April 16.
The 2022 Hoi An Lantern Festival, a special cultural and art event, will open on December 25 at the Hoi An Memories Island in the central province of Quang Nam, just in time to celebrate Christmas and welcome in the New Year.

The third Mong Ethnic Culture Festival is scheduled for December 24-26 in the northwestern mountainous province of Lai Chau, heard at a press conference on the event held in Hanoi on December 16.
