Cold air from the North is moving southward. The Northern and North Central regions are experiencing moderate rain and thunderstorms, with localized heavy rainfall ranging from 20 to 40 mm, due to the influence of cold air compressing the low-pressure trough.

These weather conditions pose potential risks. Tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds may occur during thunderstorms. Additionally, localized heavy rain can lead to flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes, and flooding in low-lying areas.
