According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the Northeast region can expect moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms in some areas. In Hoa Binh, the Northern Delta, and midland areas, heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected with rainfall ranging from 20-50mm, and in some areas exceeding 80mm. Other parts of the Northeast can expect showers and thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from 10-30mm, and in some areas over 50mm. The rainfall is expected to gradually decrease from the afternoon of September 15.

In the North Central region, there will be moderate to heavy rain with rainfall ranging from 40-70mm, and in some areas exceeding 120mm. Heavy rain in a short period of time can cause flooding in urban areas. There is also a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms.

The Northwest region will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. The Nam Son La and Hoa Binh areas can expect moderate to heavy rain. There is also a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms. The temperature will range from 22 to 25 degrees, with some areas below 21 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 27 to 30 degrees, with some areas exceeding 30 degrees.

There is also a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms. The lowest temperature will be between 22-25 degrees, and some mountainous areas will experience temperatures below 22 degrees. The highest temperature will range from 26-29 degrees.

In the Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue region, the North (Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh) will be cloudy with moderate to heavy rain. The South will be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms in some areas, and in the evening there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. There is also a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds during thunderstorms. The lowest temperature will range from 23-26 degrees. The highest temperature in the North will be 28-31 degrees, and in the South it will be 31-34 degrees.

In Hanoi, the weather will be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms. The temperature will range from 28-31 degrees, which is 2-5 degrees higher than the previous day. The relative humidity will be 72-78%, and the cloud density will be about 95-99%.
