The amount of VND80 million was donated by Nasun’s distributors, agents and staff four days after the group launched the program, “Join hands with Nasun to head towards the central region”.
These days, central residents have been badly affected by flash floods. The recent tropical lows and storms have caused severe human and property losses in the region.
People in isolated and other areas are suffering from terrible deprivation. They are in need of both material and spiritual support to overcome the impacts of natural disasters and cope with difficulties after the floods recede.
With the “mutual affection, mutual love” spirit, Nasun has called on its staff, agents and distributors to help the central region. The group expects its gift sets, which are essential commodities, to help the flood-hit residents in the region overcome this hardship soon.
Next month, Nasun will present 4,000 jackets to poor children in the northwestern region.
