Enrico Padula, consul general of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City, stated that the event is intended to help Vietnamese people gain a deeper comprehension of Italian cuisine, while serving as a bridge to join the respective cultures of the two countries. He emphasized that the gathering presented an opportunity for the two nations to come together and appreciate each other’s customs.

The extraordinary festival was jointly organized by Gambero Rosso, the Italian Embassy in Vietnam, and the Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City, drawing a large group of 50 Italian wineries.

Participants at the event had the opportunity to experience some of the best Italian wines, as well as attend bartending classes from renowned Italian professionals.

Furthermore, the organizers gave the Top Italian Restaurants Awards to several high-quality Italian pizzerias and restaurants based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The third event of its kind to be held in Vietnam, the occasion drew thousands of visitors to Ho Chi Minh City. It was the second of its kind to be staged in the city.
