This year’s festival, with the theme ‘Spring and Youth,’ will be organized by the Vietnam Youth Federation in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Support Center, and Big Vision NetWork Communication Company. The festival will take place daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

With more than 100 booths, the festival will showcase a wide variety of vegetarian dishes prepared by renowned chefs. Visitors can also watch cooking performances by chefs, artisans, and experts.

The festival will include competitions such as ‘The New Chef 2024’ and Vietnamese ancestral tray contests for aspiring young cooks. Additionally, the festival organizer will distribute 500 gift sets to disadvantaged individuals, providing them with a more enjoyable Tet holiday in February.

Aside from food, the event will feature panels, fundraising auctions, folk games, and a calligraphy area.
