The event on November 10-12 also celebrated the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Hanoi-Fukuoka friendship.
The festival offered a variety of activities. This included a fashion show featuring the latest collection of Ao Dai by Vietnamese designer Duc Hung. There was also an exhibition displaying 50 photographs that depicted Hanoi’s culture, landscapes, people, and how the city has developed over the past 15 years.
In addition, more than 20 booths featured a variety of Japanese cuisine and handicraft ceramic products from Hanoi’s Bat Trang craft village.
Local residents and international friends were also treated to performances by artists from the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater.
Sam Son sea festival slated for April 21
The 2018 sea festival of Sam Son city of the north central coastal province of Thanh Hoa will take place on April 21, heard a press conference held in the city on April 12.
