A Vibrant Vineyard in Tan Thuan Dong Commune
The lush vines of Tan Thuan Dong Commune are entering their second harvest season this year, and the vibrant vineyard is a captivating attraction for tourists seeking a unique experience.
Xuan Tuoi Vineyard, located in Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province, offers visitors the delightful opportunity to indulge in grape-picking amidst a picturesque setting.
Spanning 1,200 square meters, the three-year-old vineyard boasts an impressive array of grape varieties, including the renowned Ninh Thuan red grapes, as well as witch finger grapes, shine-muscat grapes, and the exquisite diamond grapes. The dominant red grape variety adds a touch of richness and elegance to the landscape.

Le Hong Xuan, the proud owner of the vineyard, shared his journey, “I sourced seeds from Ninh Thuan Province, known as the heart of Vietnam’s grape-growing industry, and dedicated myself to learning the art of cultivating these fruit plants.” He found the Mekong Delta region particularly conducive to growing healthy vines, and his hard work has paid off.
Xuan Tuoi Vineyard produces grapes three times a year, with each harvest lasting over two months. The vineyard is generously open to visitors free of charge, inviting them to immerse themselves in the beauty of the laden-fruit vines, capture memorable photos, and enjoy the delightful experience of picking their own grapes.
Le Ngoc Thuy, a local from Tan Khanh Trung Commune in Lap Vo District, Dong Thap Province, expressed her enchantment with the vineyard, especially during the harvest season when the grapevines are heavy with ripe fruit. Just a short drive from the heart of Cao Lanh, the vineyard is a must-visit destination for those seeking a relaxing and fruitful weekend getaway.
