The tours resumed on August 5, offering visitors a chance to witness the breathtaking beauty of Ban Gioc Waterfall.

Ban Gioc Waterfall is comprised of two parts, with the main waterfall situated along the Vietnam-China border, divided by the Quay Son River flowing beneath.

The main waterfall extends approximately 100 meters wide, 70 meters high, and 60 meters deep. From afar, it resembles a white silk ribbon draped across the mountains and forests, creating a captivating vista.

The tour attracts both Vietnamese and Chinese tourists and is expected to become a successful eco-friendly cross-border tourism model between the two countries.

The site offers numerous picturesque backdrops, perfect for capturing memorable photos.

Summer is the peak season for tourism, with the popular site drawing large crowds of visitors each year.

The cascading waterfall, with a height of 53 meters and a width of 300 meters, features a series of large and small falls. The rushing water pours down through limestone, creating a unique white mist.

A French family expressed their awe at the charming natural beauty of the site, seamlessly blending with the peaceful countryside surroundings.

From the Vietnamese side, a tour package to explore the Ban Gioc-Detian Waterfalls costs approximately VND800,000 per person.

After a brief period of flooding, all tourism activities have resumed.

Tourists can experience Đàn Tính, a traditional string instrument played by the Tay ethnic group in Cao Bang province, as part of their visit to Ban Gioc Waterfall.

According to the site’s management, the tourist area welcomed hundreds of multinational visitors on August 5.

Travel+Leisure, a renowned American travel magazine, recently ranked Ban Gioc Waterfall among the top 21 most beautiful waterfalls globally. The waterfall is at its most magnificent from June to October, especially in September and October, when water levels are highest.
