She will represent Vietnam in the highly prestigious Miss Universe 2023 pageant, which will take place in El Salvador from November 3 to November 18. Being a 25-year-old native of Hanoi, she stands at an impressive height of 1.75 meters and has body measurements of 83-60-94 cm. Her previous titles include Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Supermodel Vietnam 2018, and Supermodel International 2022.

She has also worked as a coach at the Miss International Queen Vietnam transgender pageant and Miss Earth Vietnam. Additionally, she had the opportunity to serve as a jury member during the Super Model International Philippines contest.

The final night of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 included five rounds: introductions, national costumes, swimsuits, evening gowns, and a Q&A session. Nguyen Thi Huong Ly from Gia Lai province and Trinh Thi Hong Dang from Ho Chi Minh City became the first and second runners-up, respectively. Both of them will have the chance to participate in international beauty contests in 2024.

In addition to the main titles, other sub-prizes were awarded. Nguyen Thi Le Nam received the Media Beauty prize, Mai Phuong Thao was recognized with the Inspirational Beauty prize, Lydie Vu won the Beach Beauty prize, Trinh Thi Hong Dang secured the Ao Dai Beauty prize, and Le Thi Lan Anh won the Fashion Beauty prize.

Vietnamese contestants have achieved remarkable success at Miss Universe over the years. Notable achievements include Nguyen Thuy Lam finishing in the Top 15 in 2008, H’Hen Nie making the Top 5 in 2018, Hoang Thuy reaching the Top 20 in 2019, Khanh Van finishing in the Top 21 in 2020, and Kim Duyen securing a Top 16 finish in 2021.
