VinFast joins Indonesia International Motor Show 2024 and makes its official debut in Indonesia

The event marks the brand’s launch in Indonesia and a significant milestone in VinFast’s global expansion.

At IIMS 2024, VinFast will showcase a variety of electric vehicles across different segments. It will also be the first time VinFast introduces right-hand drive electric vehicle models to the international market, demonstrating its commitment to making electric vehicles accessible to all.

VinFast is dedicated to providing customers in the Indonesian market with a diverse and exciting range of green mobility options. Its wide range of electric vehicles caters to the transportation needs and budget of various consumers. Additionally, VinFast will offer superior after-sales policies and flexible sales plans to further enhance the accessibility of its electric vehicles to Indonesian consumers.

Indonesia, with a population of 250 million people, is the largest economy in Southeast Asia and one of the largest automotive markets in the region. With a growing focus on electrifying transportation and favorable government support policies for the electric vehicle industry, Indonesia is a key market in VinFast’s development strategy.

Indonesia represents the next important market for VinFast and plays a crucial role in its global electric vehicle supply chain. The company has already announced an investment in the construction of a manufacturing plant with an annual capacity of up to 50,000 electric vehicles. Once operational, this factory in Indonesia will not only produce vehicles for the local market but also enhance VinFast’s global supply chain and competitiveness.

VinFast’s booth will be open to visitors from 5:00 PM (local time) on February 15, 2024, until February 25, 2024. Additionally, on February 15, VinFast will host a brand launch press event at 2:00 PM at Booth A6, Hall A, Jakarta International Expo.
