This event also encourages children to understand the culture and customs of Vietnamese people, as well as integrating into the community and making friends.
According to the Organizing Committee, the purpose of this event is to introduce customs, costumes, cuisine, and Vietnamese folk games to Vietnamese and Polish students and international friends. These folk games offer students a chance to have fun and learn about the culture during their break times. This event also encourages children to understand and appreciate the culture and customs of Vietnamese people, while also helping them to integrate into the community and make new friends.
Through these folk games, students can gain a greater understanding of the nation and its people, creating stronger connections between Vietnamese students, their parents, and the schools, teachers, and friends in Poland and beyond. By playing these traditional games, they can also foster a sense of unity and kinship between the Vietnamese and their peers in other countries.
It also creates an opportunity for Vietnamese students to feel proud of their nationality, be confident and assert the position of Vietnamese community in Polish society.
