Quang Ninh has many outstanding advantages. This province has a rich and diverse culture, with the mining class’ “disciplined and concentric” tradition. Quang Ninh is likened to a “miniature Vietnam”, as it has land and sea borders with China and is identified as a gateway and bridge connecting with ASEAN countries and the Northeast region. Ha Long Bay has been twice recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage.

Quang Ninh has a synchronous and modern transport infrastructure system, the only province with a highway system running along the province. In addition, there is an advanced education, health and social infrastructure system, which ranks among the top positions for 5 consecutive years (from 2017 to 2021) and lies in group of 5 provinces and cities with the best quality of economic management in 9 consecutive years (from 2013 to 2021).

The representative of Quang Ninh province expressed her wish that the program in Quang Ninh would contribute to deepening the solidarity, friendship and efforts for a peaceful and prosperous world, democracy and social progress while increasing understanding and opening up opportunities for future cooperation.
