The Conference was organized by the Chinese Association of Science and Technology and was attended by approximately 700 delegates from around the world. Among the attendees were leading scientists, senior policymakers, renowned scholars, representatives from international and regional scientific and technological organizations, as well as experienced scholars in related fields. The Conference aimed to facilitate the exchange of ideas, experiences, and achievements in the field of science and technology.

The conference aimed to build consensus and promote international cooperation in establishing a common platform for public scientific knowledge, academic exchange, practical cooperation, and the improvement of global public scientific understanding and sustainable development.
Dr. Pham Ngoc Linh, Vice President of VUSTA, stated that the conference provided valuable insights into science dissemination investment models, particularly among young people from different countries. It also shed light on the level of investment made by countries in science popularization.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lan, Director of the Vietnam Institute of Innovation and Digital Transformation, highlighted the importance of disseminating scientific and technological knowledge to young people in the context of digital transformation. She emphasized the role of young people as the driving force in digital transformation and the need to raise their awareness about national digital transformation. Ms. Lan emphasized the importance of quality education programs, integration of technology in learning, and creating an environment that fosters innovation and experimentation. She also stressed the significance of collaboration between young people and experts in technology and science.
