Major arteries such as Giai Phong – Ngoc Hoi, Pham Hung, Khuat Duy Tien, Nguyen Trai towards Phap Van – National Highway 1A are overcrowded with cars and motorbikes.
On Ring Road No3, the number of people pouring out is so large that traffic becomes overloaded.

Due to the congestion, many bike users move to travel on the sidewalk.
On Giai Phong road leading to two major bus stations, the traffic is congested on April 27 morning.
Anticipating vehicle traffic would increase dramatically these days, the Hanoi Traffic Police deploy forces to all roads and gateways of the capital to ensure order and security.
