Director of the Asian Contents & Film Market of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), Ellen Y.D. Kim, and Film Critic Jeon Chanil are slated to participate in an upcoming exchange program, according to Quyen Linh, director of the Cinema Development Center, which will host the event.
The guests will be a part of the “Road to Busan International Film Festival,” an international exchange initiative that is one of a series of programs aimed at bringing global cinema experts to the country.
Quyen Linh emphasized that the event will significantly contribute to enhancing the professional capabilities of domestic filmmakers. It will provide opportunities to expand their professional networks and gain valuable insights from international experts, ultimately fostering further development and innovation in Vietnam’s film industry.
