In addition to being crowned Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024, Nguyen Thi Quynh also won the Miss Ao Dai Vietnam subtitle during the pageant. Hailing from the northern province of Hai Duong, this 1.73-meter-tall beauty has stunning body measurements of 85-62-93 cm. Quynh is currently a student at the prestigious Foreign Trade University in Hanoi.
The first and second runners-up titles were awarded to Huynh Kim Anh from Ho Chi Minh City and Le Thi Anh Tuyet from Nghe An province, respectively. The grand finale also witnessed the recognition of winners in various sub-contests, such as Miss Talent, Miss Fashion, Miss Ao Dai, and Most Favourite Beauty.
As part of their responsibilities, the top three finalists of Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 will serve as tourism ambassadors. They will embark on a journey through Vietnam’s 63 cities and provinces, promoting the local tourism offerings and attractions.
Miss Tourism Vietnam, first organized in 2008, witnessed its second edition in 2022, and has since been held biennially. The 2024 edition, launched in June, sought to find beautiful and talented women who could serve as ambassadors for Vietnam’s tourism, cultural heritage, and natural landscapes. The contest is open to Vietnamese women aged 18-28, who are single and without children. Height requirements are set at a minimum of 1.62 meters, and contestants must not have undergone cosmetic surgery.
This year’s competition attracted over 300 entrants from across the nation, with 40 finalists selected for the final round. These talented women showcased their grace and elegance in the Ao Dai, evening gown, and swimsuit segments. The top five finalists then demonstrated their intelligence and quick thinking in the Q&A portion of the competition.
