Lukkade first gained recognition in 1992 when she was crowned Miss Thailand World. That same year, she represented Thailand at both Miss World and Miss World Asia & Oceania.
In 2017 and 2018, Lukkade served as a mentor for The Face Thailand and The Face Men Thailand, as well as a judge on Asia’s Next Top Model 5. She also mentored The Face Vietnam in 2017.
Additionally, in 2017, she was a mentor for The Face Vietnam.
The Miss International Queen Vietnam beauty pageant was first held in 2018 and is now in its third edition. Its purpose is to find a Vietnamese representative to compete in the Miss International Queen transgender beauty pageant.
Nguyen Huong Giang was crowned Miss International Queen 2018 and will serve as the host of the Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 pageant.
In the Miss International Queen pageants of 2019, 2020, and 2022, Do Nhat Ha, Bui Dinh Hoai Sa, and Phung Truong Tran Dai, all representing Vietnam, achieved the Top 6, Top 12, and Top 6 positions, respectively.
