HCMC – The Saigon Times Foundation, a non-profit organization set up by the Saigon Times Group and its partners in February 2002 to support education and training in Vietnam, is seeking donations to provide scholarships to children in flood-hit areas and serve as a bridge bringing support from donors to students unable to return to school due to financial hardships caused by natural disasters.
