This was the first time Vietnam officially participated in the event, with the aim to continue its participation in the future and contribute to promoting Vietnam as a friendly and hospitable country to international friends.

Vietnam’s ambassador Dinh Toan Thang referred to Vietnam’s participation as an honorary guest at the fair, which is a significant event in 2023, marking the 50th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relations and 10 years of the strategic partnership.

The Vietnamese space was created by 11 partners in the fields of cuisine, tourism, culture, and martial arts, attracting large crowds of visitors.

The event will provide a foundation for Vietnam to participate in activities at the Eurexpo exhibition center in the future, said Tang Thanh Son, the deputy director of the Vietnamese culture center in France.

The fair showcased hundreds of booths from Asian countries and attracted approximately 62,000 visitors.
