The exhibition will take place in Da Nang from August 12 to September 5.

The event was organised by the People’s Committee of Da Nang City, in collaboration with the Vietnam Fine Arts Association, as part of activities to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (1945-2022).

The organisers said that the exhibition is an annual activity of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and for visual artists within the provinces and cities throughout the region. The exhibition is displayed at the space of APEC Park (September 2 Street, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city).

The South-Central and Central Highlands region Fine Art Exhibition 2022 is a convergence space, introducing 167 works created from August 2021 to the present, by 156 authors, who are members of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and members and collaborators of Literature and Arts Associations of provinces and cities: Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, PhuYen, Khanh Hoa, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak and Da Nang City.

According to the organisers, this is an exhibition with rich, diverse and quality works. Each work participating in the exhibition is a message of life from the soul, feelings and responsibility of artists and soldiers on the cultural front, toconstantly build and develop contemporary Vietnamese fine arts, and contribute positively to the building of an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity.

The exhibition officially opens from 4:00 pm on August 12 to September 5 at APEC Park, open to the public, visitors and art lovers, to visit and enjoy.
