On Friday night, Son Tung M-TP’s ‘There’s no one at all’ music video was hidden on his Youtube channel.
When viewers attempt to access the music video website, they will see a message stating that the video is not available, which reads ‘The uploader has not made this video available in your country.’
Although the MV has been removed in Vietnam, it can still be viewed from outside the country.
On Son Tung M-TP’s official fanpage, he also apologized to the public for his product’s negative message about life.
“Tung wishes to express my heartfelt apologies to anyone who has experienced discomfort as a result of watching this music video. This is not what Tung and M-TP Entertainment desire.
“I’m constantly striving to bring the greatest values to the society and my homeland Vietnam.
“As a result, Tung and the company will actively discontinue the release of the music video ‘There’s no one at all’…” Tung stated on his fan page.
Additionally, Son Tung M-TP claimed that the music video ‘There is no one at all’ was completed in January this year.
The product drew widespread public criticism upon its release on Thursday.
Tung also explained the message he want to convey through the music video.
“The purpose of producing this video is to convey a message: Let’s understand the feelings of lonely people, and the importance of loving, protecting, and opening our hearts before it is too late.
“Further, I want to express my compassion for unfortunate lives, hoping them know that they are not alone and there are many others just like them,” Tung explained.
On Friday afternoon, inspectors from Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Information and Communications invited Nguyen Thanh Tung, or Son Tung M-TP, to work and provide information on the music video ‘There’s no one at all.’
According to the Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Information and Communications, the music video sparked public uproar due to its inappropriate and violent mindset spread among youths.
