A total of 51 photos are displayed at the exhibition which is organised by the Union of Friendship Organisations of Gia Lai province and the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and will run until December 12 at Gia Lai Museum.

The photos depict different periods in the friendly relationship between the two countries and the friendship activities between Gia Lai province and northeastern provinces of Cambodia including Ratanakiri, Stung Treng and Preah Vihear.

Speaking at the exhibition, Lam The Tong, chairman of the Union of Friendship Organizations of Gia Lai province, affirmed that Vietnam and Cambodia are two neighbouring countries with traditional solidarity and friendship.

The relationship has been fostered by generations of leaders and people of the two countries.

In particular, the cooperative relationship between Gia Lai province and Cambodia’s Ratanakiri provinces has been tightened with promoted economic, political, cultural and social activities.
