According to the organizers, there will be changes made during this year’s selection criteria process.
Specifically, contestants are required to be of a standard height, but they will now be able to join the contest regardless of their body shape or weight.
Phuc Nguyen, founder of Leading Media, explained that the organizers not only seek candidates with good body measurements, but also discover and train excellent entrants with special skills.
Among other new criteria, the contest will accept candidates aged from 18 to 32.
The new criteria for Season 2 is said to be closer to the international fashion industry, with the contest looking for role models in fields including Runway Star, Commercial Face, Slim Fit Body, Multi – Talented, and Content Creator.
The host of the program will be supermodel Ha Anh, while reigning Miss Supranational Andrea Aguilera and the first runner-up of Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 Hoang Thuy will also be part of the judging panel.
