This is the third time the event is held in Da Nang city, aiming to create a playground for people who love orchids.
The festival is one of a series of cultural activities and festivals which are planned to be held along both banks of the Han River in 2022.
On display are more than 400 orchids of all kinds by artisans around the country, including Hanoi, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong and Ho Chi Minh City.
The organising board will present four sets of prizes to outstanding works of orchids, including mutant orchids with hanging stem, orchids with hanging stem, sword orchids and synthetic orchids.
