Additionally, festival-goers will have the opportunity to participate in folk games, cultural and art exchanges, as well as seminars focusing on human resources development to support the food industry.

This three-day event aims to honor, preserve, and promote the traditional cultural and culinary values of the capital city. It also aims to develop and effectively leverage the brand name of Hanoi’s culture, food, and tourism, while creating more business cooperation opportunities in the local area.

Furthermore, this festival serves as a chance to showcase the thousand-year-old capital city as a unique tourism, culture, and food destination to both domestic and foreign visitors.
