At the opening ceremony, impressive performances will be presented by four art troupes from Mongolia, the Philippines, France, and Cuba, as well as three art troupes representing all three regions of Vietnam.

        

A street parade on December 9 and 10 will showcase hundreds of artists wearing eye-catching costumes, leaving a lasting impression on both locals and visitors.

        

The festival’s highlight will be a music gala on the evening of December 9, featuring art troupes from 26 countries and territories worldwide.

        

Various activities will be organized during the festival, including a workshop on developing Phan Thiet as an international center for training and performing arts, tours for foreign visitors to explore Binh Thuan province, and a gala dinner to facilitate exchange among domestic and international artists.
