Finland’s ‘Millions of Dreams’ performance lit up the Han River with a dazzling display of 10,000 fireworks. The 20-minute show, attended by a fervent crowd of over 10,000, included fans on the main stage, along the riverbanks, and even on boats and in high-rise buildings. A representative of the Finland team, Johan Dan Erik Hollaender, described the performance as a celebration of distinctive European culture, with the fireworks painting the night sky in a truly unique fashion.
Making their debut at the DIFF, Liuyang Jingduan New-art Display presented an exquisite showcase of China’s landscape and cultural heritage. Their performance, accompanied by traditional Chinese music, featured impressive high-range fireworks that illuminated the sky over Da Nang. It was a stunning fusion of auditory and visual artistry.
Both Finland and Liuyang Jingduan New-art Display teams are eagerly awaiting the results, hoping to secure a spot in the DIFF final – ‘Made of Young Generation’ – which will take place on July 13. They competed against six other teams—Vietnam, France, the US, Italy, Germany, and Poland—who had presented their spectacular shows over the previous three nights between June 8-22.
The DIFF jury board will soon announce the two best teams that will advance to the final night on July 13, bringing their pyrotechnic prowess and creative flair to the climax of this exciting competition.
