Experience a week of culinary delights at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay from February 29 to March 5, 2024. On the opening night, all four chefs will come together to create an exclusive eight-hand dinner, sharing their culinary passions with guests.

Throughout the week, each chef will showcase their unique culinary artistry, taking guests on a journey of flavors and innovation.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

February 29: Opening cocktail ceremony with canapés showcasing the chefs’ creations.

March 1: Exclusive eight-hand dinner curated by all four chefs.

March 2: Modern Vietnamese pop-up dinner by Chef Nghiem Minh Duc of Nous Dine, a Michelin-selected restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. Chef Duc combines local ingredients with creativity to create unforgettable culinary experiences.

March 3: Contemporary Korean pop-up dinner by Chef Chi Joon Hyuk of Labri Bistro, a Michelin-selected restaurant in Hanoi. Chef Chi blends French cooking techniques with Korean cuisine, resulting in a fusion of flavors.

March 4: Innovative Thai pop-up dinner by Chef SOM from SOM’s Table Restaurant in Hua Hin, Thailand. Chef SOM emphasizes flavor in her culinary creations, ensuring every dish is a sensory delight.

March 5: Australian pop-up dinner by Host Chef Timothy Goddard of Six Senses Ninh Van Bay. Chef Goddard incorporates sustainability and fresh, seasonal ingredients into his plant-based dishes.

All four chefs will come together on the opening night, March 1, 2024, to share their culinary passions and curate an exclusive eight-hand dinner.

Chef Chi Joon Hyuk, co-founder of Labri Hanoi, will showcase diverse preparations of Korean cuisine into a modern dinner on March 3, 2024.

Chef Nghiem Minh Duc, founder and head chef of NOUS Dine, will take guests on a culinary journey with his modern Vietnamese dinner on March 2, 2024.

Chef Timothy Goddard, the host from Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, will showcase his passion for crafting fine-dining, plant-based dishes during an innovative plant-based dinner scheduled for March 5, 2024.
