A Diverse Range of ‘Healing Tourism’ Options

With each passing year, life becomes busier, and personal time becomes more valuable. In this fast-paced world, travelers seek opportunities to reconnect with their true selves. This quest for deeper fulfillment has given rise to a new travel trend: Reboot Retreats, centered around personal well-being and renewal.

A recent survey by Booking.com, released on July 17, reveals the three most popular types of Reboot Retreats travel trends in Vietnam.

Leading the way is ‘Sleep Tourism’, or Holidays Focused on Sleep, with a significant 67% of respondents expressing interest in sleep-centric vacations for 2024. This is closely followed by ‘Solo Holidays for Parents’, where 66% of Asia-Pacific parents yearn for solo trips to recharge their batteries.

The third trend, Romantic Getaways for Singles, sees 62% of Vietnamese travelers taking time out to find new love, while 38% seek healing from break-ups.
