From Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, you can have many ways to get to Quy Nhon, such as by trains, planes, cars, or personal vehicles, depending on your finance and staying time.

According to a survey from Zing, at the beginning of April, the ticket price for planes to Quy Nhon remains reasonable. Specifically, for passengers departing on April 1 and returning on April 3 from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, affordable ticket prices for the day are VND1.6 million (US$69.99) and VND1.7 million (US$74.36), respectively.

The journey from HCMC takes approximately 13 hours, and fares range from VND252,000 (US$11) for a seat to VND442,000 (US$19) for a sleeper berth. The price also varies depending on the day of travel, with peak demand days like public holidays costing more.

What to see in Quy Nhon

Eo Gio (Windy Pass): Located in Nhon Ly, about 20 kilometers from Quy Nhon, Eo Gio is a well-known tourist destination for its wilderness and mesmerizing beauty of the rivers, forests, and blue sky. Eo Gio is situated between two tall rocky cliffs that drop straight into the clear waters of the sea below, giving it a beautiful crescent shape.

Eo Gio is also famous for its golden sandy beach and the overlapping waves caressing the bay and the rocks. Under the clear blue water, there are many species of sea creatures and colorful coral reefs.

Cham Towers: Apart from beautiful beaches and breathtaking scenery, Quy Nhon is also home to many Cham monuments and relics. As the Cham people ruled this region for over 500 years from the 11th to 15th century, they left behind many Cham towers. The Twin Cham Towers consists of 2 buildings standing side by side like a couple. Like other towers in the province, its architecture is imbued with typical cultural features of the Cham people and influenced by Hindu art. These two towers will give you a chance to discover the typical traits of Cham architecture, get a better understanding of Vietnam’s history, and take some nice photos.
