Accordingly, the 31st SEA Games will take place from May 12-23, 2022. There will be 40 sport events with 525 categories totally.
The biggest regional sport event is scheduled to be held in Hanoi and 11 northern provinces and cities, including Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, and Bac Giang.
