Kim Son scenic complex (Thanh Hoa province) is an epic geological complex with mountains, lagoons, and caves combining to create a picture of a pristine, majestic, romantic and mysterious landscape of mountains and forests.

Tourists cannot help but gasp before the complex of rocky mountains and caves at Kim Son scenic spot. The formation of this mountain range has been recorded since the beginning of the 16th century.

The mountain range is spectacular, towering from afar, like castles lying along the Ma River.
Interwoven with the tall standing of the mountains are 7 fanciful caves through each other. In particular, Ngoc Kieu cave is the first of 7 caves and has a relatively large space with a length of 54 m, a width of 17 m, and possesses rugged terrain. The stalactites come in different shapes and sizes thanks to the blessing of Mother Nature seem to open a mysterious world that captivates the wanderlusts.

Kim Son cave or Ngoc Ho cave with a unique structure running through the soft winding mountains, the cave is about 30m wide with a natural arch like a shark’s mouth opening to “swallow” visitors inside.
Going deep inside, you might shiver because of the the cold air emanating from the stone slabs above, along with the elaborate arrangement of stalactites creating an unforgettable beauty.

Kim Son scenic spots has many refreshing places with the gentle and fresh water stream flowing along the rows of colorful trees and plants creating a dreamy scene on the shore.
In the middle of the lake, a curved wooden bridge is placed across, surrounded by a lot of pink cherry trees, especially in the blooming water lily season, making a historical movie setting come to life.
Kim Son scenic spot is also a spiritual tourist destination with the ancient Linh Ung pagoda, nestled right on the cliffs. The pagoda is both a place for tourists from all over the world to offer incense and pray, as well as a place to admire the whole landscape from above with the fresh and airy sky in the highlands.
