The Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership has been developing fruitfully and healthily, they said.

The China People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) and the China-Vietnam Friendship Association have cultivated strong ties with the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) and the Vietnam-China Friendship Association. He expressed his hope that the friendship forged by the senior leaders of both nations would endure for eternity.

Wei Xiaoyi, the son of General Wei Guoqing, proudly recounts his father’s role as the head of the Chinese military advisory delegation in Vietnam. He expresses his heartfelt wish for the everlasting friendship between the two nations.
