In the evenings, temperatures drop to a slightly more bearable 27-29 degrees Celsius, and the sky remains clear.

Tomorrow, the Southern region can expect scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially during the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will range from a pleasant 25 to 33 degrees Celsius. The northern mountainous area will bear the brunt of the heavy rain, accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms. Localized flooding and landslides are possible, so residents should exercise caution. Hanoi, the capital, will experience cloudy conditions with showers and thunderstorms, and temperatures ranging from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Strong winds of level 6-7 and stormy seas are forecasted for the western waters of the Northern East Sea region, including the Hoang Sa archipelago. Similar conditions are expected in the eastern seas of the Quang Tri to Quang Ngai region and the southern Gulf of Tonkin.

Heavy rainfall in localized areas may lead to flash floods in small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes, and flooding in low-lying regions. Urban areas are also at risk of flooding due to the intense rainfall.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: Thunderstorms are forecasted for some northern areas during the afternoon and evening. Winds will be mild, at level 2-3. There is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms. The lowest temperature is expected to be between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius, with a high of 31-34 degrees.

Central Highlands: Showers and thunderstorms are predicted for some areas during the afternoon and evening. Winds will be gentle, blowing at level 2-3. There is a risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms. The lowest temperature will be between 21 and 24 degrees Celsius, while the highest will reach 26-29 degrees.

Southern Region: Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected during the afternoon and evening, with some localized heavy rain. There is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms. The lowest temperature will be between 23 and 26 degrees Celsius, while the highest will reach 30-33 degrees.
