Park Bo Gyoon, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea visits the exhibition of 54 ethnic groups at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.

Minister Park Bo Gyoon expressed his interest in the cultural life of ethnic groups in Vietnam and the Korean Hall, which was set up to display Korean culture at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology on the 30th anniversary of Vietnam -South Korea diplomatic relations.

He talked about the cultural similarities between South Korea and Vietnam, such as funeral costumes, traditional musical instruments, or events such as Mid-Autumn Festival and Lunar New Year.

According to Minister Park Bo Gyoon, the Korean Hall has reflected both the traditional and modern features of South Korea. Meanwhile, the exhibition about 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups has given him a better understanding of the similarities and differences in the cultures of the two countries. “When I return to Korea, I will definitely introduce the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology for Koreans,” said the minister.
