During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds. The lowest temperatures will range from 20 to 23 degrees, and the highest temperatures will range from 28 to 31 degrees.

The Southern region will experience showers and thunderstorms in some areas during the afternoon and evening. The lowest temperatures will range from 23 to 26 degrees, and the highest temperatures will range from 30 to 33 degrees, with some areas experiencing temperatures over 33 degrees.

Ho Chi Minh City: The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting predicts that on October 21, the Ho Chi Minh City area will be cloudy and sunny in the afternoon, with no rain at night. Thunderstorms are expected in some areas during the evening. The temperature will remain stable, ranging from 32 to 33 degrees.
