Three emerging designers launch Vietnam International Fashion Week 2023
The AVIFW Autumn/Winter 2023, hosted at the Quan Ngua Sports Palace in Hanoi, started on November 8th. The event featured three talented emerging Vietnamese designers who showcased their latest collections with incredible performances.
Huynh Tu Anh (C), the winner of The Face Vietnam 2023, Mac Trung Kien (L), the runner-up of The Face Vietnam 2018, and Vo Minh Toai (R), the runner-up of The Face Vietnam 2023, model the latest collection by designer Vu Viet Ha.
The event opens with the theme of “Shaping the Future” with the aim of honouring designs which make use of environmentally-friendly materials.

The 16th edition of the event attracts a total of 16 international and Vietnamese designers and fashion brands. The fashion week was first held back in 2014, quickly becoming the leading fashion event in ASEAN, ranking fourth in the Asian after Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai fashion weeks.
