Diners will be treated with a variety of oven roasted prime ribs with Yorkshire puddings, crispy pork with honey, poached salmon with citrus butter sauce, beef tenderloin steak, baked lamb leg with rosemary, baked whole sturgeon fish in Vietnamese flavor, seafood hot pot, and baby lobster with spicy sauce.
The dessert station has a selection of French pastries, deep caramelized choux, crème caramel, peach almond tart and Vietnamese tapioca with green bean sweep soup.
The buffet dinner available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. is priced at VND1.3 million++, inclusive free flowing house wine, special cocktails, draft beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
