This is the first time a Vietnamese man has secured the title Mister Supernational Asia at the contest.
In 2018 and 2019 two Vietnamese girls, Minh Tu and Ngoc Chau, also claimed the title Miss Supernational Asia respectively.
The title Mister Supernational 2022 went to Luis Daniel Gálvez from Cuba. The titles of first-, second-, third and fourth runner-up were awarded to Matthew Gilbert from Indonesia, Leonidas Amfilochios from Greece, Moses Penaloza from Mexico and Heriberto Rivera from Puerto Rico.
