According to the agreement, both parties will exchange knowledge and research on document-musical instruments, organize training courses, and promote intensive research and performing arts. Additionally, they will collaborate to host the Asian imperial art festival in the Republic of Korea in 2026.

The signing of the MoU also aims to preserve and develop Asian imperial music and dances.

A painting exhibition was held on this occasion, showcasing Vietnamese and Korean artworks created on traditional paper and silk. The event, organized by the center in partnership with the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association, the Korean Cultural Resources Institute, and the Korean Fine Arts Association, attracted the participation of 38 Vietnamese and 32 Korean artists.
